Ingredients:
- 300 g of beans
- 200 g of sauerkraut
- 200 g of dry bacon
- 1 pair of smoked sausages
- 2 black onions
- 1 carrot
- 1 tablespoon of chopped parsley
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 2 potatoes
- 1 spoon of ground paprika
- For the sprinkle:
- 70 ml of oil
- 3 spoons of flour
Preparation:
Soak the beans overnight, then cook. Rinse the sauerkraut. Sauté chopped onions with diced bacon and sausages in oil. Add chopped garlic and parsley, simmer for another minute. Add chopped cabbage, carrot rings, potato cubes. Pour water and cook for half an hour. Add cooked beans, ground pepper and simmer for another 20 minutes. Near the end, make a sauce by frying flour in oil and adding it to the dish while it is boiling. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
