Kawasaki revealed the new Ninja 1100SX motorcycle at the EICMA show

The Japanese company has refreshed its sports tourer, which for 2025 comes with a bigger and more powerful engine and more equipment.

Say hello to the new Ninja 1100SX, the natural evolution of the Ninja 1000 SX model. With an increase in volume from 1,043 to 1,099 cubic meters, this maxi tourer now weighs 235 kg and offers a maximum power of 136 hp at 9,000 rpm and a torque of 113 Nm at 7,600 rpm. Thanks to the new transmission ratios, with longer fifth and sixth gears, the Japanese company promises more thrust at medium revolutions and lower consumption, while the new electronic gearbox, active already at 1,500 revolutions per minute, guarantees smoother and faster gear changes.

The rich equipment includes a USB-C port on the steering wheel, cruise control, adaptive driving modes and traction control of the latest generation and ABS, managed by a 6-axis inertial measurement unit (IMU).

The SE version introduces further improvements, such as a Brembo braking system with monobloc radial calipers, an Ohlins S46 rear shock with preload adjustment and lever heaters.

Another strong point of the new Ninja 1100SX model is the ability to connect to a mobile phone, which can now also be controlled via voice commands. Through the application, the driver can manage the parameters of the motorcycle, review the routes traveled and collect information about the vehicle directly on the smartphone. The new Ninja is also equipped with a height-adjustable windshield and integrated side panniers.
