KB Kookmin Bank (CEO Jae-geun Lee) announced that it won the overall grand prize in the banking sector at the ‘2024 Korea Human Resources Development Awards’ awards ceremony held on the 13th.

The ‘Korea Human Resources Development Award’, hosted by the Korea HRD Association, is an award given to companies and educational institutions that have contributed to the development of the domestic human resource development field and revitalization of educational culture. KB Kookmin Bank was selected as the overall grand prize winner in the banking sector for two consecutive years in 2023.

In this evaluation, KB Kookmin Bank received high evaluations in major items such as ▲ people-centered management philosophy ▲ mid- to long-term strategy for human resource development ▲ systematic HRD system, training system, and education and training facilities.
