The Kia Sorento Hybrid arrives in Italy and does so in both full hybrid and plug-in hybrid versions. After the presentation and the initial opening of orders, in fact, the electrified Korean is now available in dealerships, with prices starting from 49.350 euro for the two-wheel drive full hybrid in Business trim and up to 68.350 euro for the 4-wheel drive PHEV in Evolution trim, the most complete.
But that’s not all. Of course, in addition to them, the version also remains on the price list turbodiesel while stocks last, available with both front-wheel and all-wheel drive and with prices starting from 47.350 euro.
Kia Sorento 2024, the engines
The engine range of the Kia Sorento for 2024 opens, until stocks run out, with the 2.2 turbodiesel 194 HP, with dual-clutch automatic transmission, which can be chosen in combination with either front-wheel drive or all-wheel drive.
The second powertrain available on the price list is the full hybrid from 215 HP, which combines the 1.6 turbo petrol with an electric motor integrated into the gearbox 44,2 kWin turn powered by a 1.49kWh battery, which can also be combined with either front-wheel or all-wheel drive.
Finally, the new version is positioned at the top of the price list ibrida plug-in only with all-wheel drive, always composed of the 1.6 turbo petrol combined with an electric motor integrated into the gearbox powered, however, this time by a larger battery than the one present on the traditional hybrid, from 13,8 kWhThe combined system output is 252 hp and 350 Nm of torque, with a zero-emissions range of approximately 55 km.

All engines of the Kia Sorento for 2024, from the diesel to the two hybrids, are available in three very different trims, which however come as standard with a 7 seats and with the new infotainment system with a screen 12.3 inches last generation.
The price list opens below with the access version Business (47,350 – 56,350 euros), which offers as standard, in addition to the two accessories we have just mentioned, the main latest-generation driving assistance systems – such as adaptive cruise control – front and rear parking sensors, 17 or 18-inch alloy wheels depending on the engine, dual-zone automatic climate control and much more.
The intermediate version, on the other hand, is called Style (51,350 – 62,350 euros) and, always available for all engines, includes 19-inch alloy wheels, tinted rear windows and full LED projection headlights, Metallic or Pearlescent paint, interiors with electronically adjustable driver’s seat, lumbar support and heated front and rear seats.
At the level of ADASfurthermore, adds the Blind Spot system and level 2 semi-autonomous driving on the motorway to the already rich equipment of the Business version.

Finally, the top-of-the-range trim is theEvolution (59,350 – 68,350 euros) which, to the already rich equipment of the previous one, adds further accessories such as for example the 20-inch alloy wheels (available only with the Diesel engine), the panoramic roof as standard (optional only on the Style), the ventilated and electronically adjustable black leather seats with memory function on the driver’s side and lumbar support on the passenger side as well.
But that’s not all. On a technological level, the most complete trim also adds fingerprint recognition, Digital key 2.0, Remote smart parking assist, head-up display, Bose Premium Sound audio system, 360-degree cameras and Blind Spot.
