Leveraging KIOXIA’s SSD technology and BiCS FLASH 3D flash memory, the EXCERIA PLUS G2 Portable SSD Series has a compact, elegant and convenient design that is ideal for users and content creators on the go.
KIOXIA EXCERIA PLUS Portable SSD series emphasizes both timeless design and portability with its elegant and pocket-friendly body. Compact and easy to grip, the portable SSD series fits up to 2TB of data in the palm of your hand. Smaller and lighter than its award-winning predecessor, the aluminum body of the new EXCERIA PLUS G2 Portable SSD further improves ergonomics while providing effective heat dissipation for heavy workloads.
EXCERIA PLUS G2 with read speeds up to 1050 MB/s and write speeds up to 1000 MB/s
The Portable SSD Series features a slim USB Type-C connector with a USB 3.2 Gen2 interface that enables the rapid transfer of 4K videos and high-resolution photos. The product will be offered in capacities of 500 GB, 1 TB and 2 TB.
Compatible out of the box with Windows operating system, macOS, iPadOS, Android, PS4, PS4 Pro, PS5 and Xbox Series Includes both A and Type-C to C cable.
Users can use KIOXIA’s SSD Utility management software for maintenance and monitoring, and even add an additional layer of security with password protection.
The new EXCERIA PLUS G2 Portable SSD offers both fast and reliable storage in a stylish and ergonomic form factor that fits comfortably in the palm of your hand, allowing users to always carry their content with them.
EXCERIA PLUS G2 Portable SSD will be available in the 4th quarter of 2024.
