Part 2 was a panel discussion session under the topic of ‘Strategies for successful open innovation promotion.’
This talk concert will focus on key topics that would be helpful for super-gap startups to familiarize themselves with in advance, such as analyzing the portfolio of large companies and presenting specific items and business, matching the review speed of large companies, and requesting clear support items in order to successfully collaborate with large and mid-sized companies. A lot of the content was shared. In addition, some say it was a meaningful time for startups to explore various business channels, including free presentations on failure cases and the need for collaboration between large corporations and startups.
Kim Un-sik, head of the Korea Standards Association Center (Global Startup Growth Center), who ran this event, said, “Open innovation is an opportunity to expand the base of the startup ecosystem through technological cooperation between startups and large and mid-sized companies and create an innovation model beyond collaboration. “As an organization in charge of open innovation for super-gap startups, we will work harder to prepare related programs so that various companies and startups can be matched.”
