One of the most successful and spectacular British electro bands, Kosheenafter two years, is returning to Belgrade to celebrate 25 years of work with fans at a concert that will be held on October 19 in Dorcol Platz.

Led by an extraordinary voice and energy Sean Evansthe band Kosheen, apart from their hits, is also famous for their live performances, and they proved that at the last concert they held at the Belgrade Beer Fest 2022 in the crowded Ušće.

They became famous at the beginning of the century thanks to the hit “Hide U” from their debut album „Resist“ (2001, Moksha) (which went platinum, followed by the crossover hits “Catch”, “Hungry” and “All In My Head” which took them to the top of the UK charts. The group reached number one in the music charts in Great Britain and Europe and won numerous awards with her unique blend of breakbeat drum’n’bass rhythms and more conventional songs, embodied by singer-songwriter Siân Evans.

The band, fronted by Shan, released five studio albums and earned a reputation as one of the iconic musical groups of its time. They haven’t toured in a few years, so Shan Evans used the break to channel her energy and bring novelty to the band’s live performances from a completely new perspective. Reaching a new level of passion and depth, she brought the group’s music and performances to perfection. In live performances, Siân Evans has always shown a unique ability to make the words of each of her songs resonate in the hearts of everyone in the audience with her impeccable vocals, charisma and boundless enthusiasm.

In 2019, the band returned to the scene in full force, appearing as one of the headline acts at numerous UK and European festivals, as well as world-class events. Since then, this group has held some of their best concerts, and the performances, with a changed line-up, where they perform energetic, passionate and powerful sets, are very successful.

A major milestone in their work was a UK tour in 2021 celebrating 20 years of their legendary album ‘Resist’, when fans and audiences recognized them for their powerful performances. Siân, who is very impressive on stage, puts a lot of energy into her performance, and the power of her music is matched by her unique appearance and charisma. From performance to performance, the group Kosheen successfully continues to strengthen its reputation as one of the cult bands of its time.

At the concert on October 19 in Dorćol Platz, Kosheen will perform their best songs, which they created during their 25-year long career. Tickets, at a price of 2,500 dinars, can be purchased at all Ticket Vision sales points and through the online service tickets.rs.
