It was announced earlier, from today it is official – Montenegro and Kotor will enjoy the best water polo from April 11 to 13.
The Superfinal of the World Cup will be held at the “Zoran Džimi Gopčević” swimming pool, confirmation from the International Federation of Water Sports (World Aquatics) has arrived.
All this means that our water polo team is a safe participant in the final tournament, regardless of the performance in the qualifications that are still ongoing in Otopeni, and the names of two other participants are known in addition to it – Germany and the Netherlands bought their ticket to Kotor through Division 2.
In addition to them, the Superfinal will provide the five best selections from the qualifying tournament in Romania, of course not counting Montenegro if they eliminate the United States of America in the quarterfinals tomorrow (4:30 p.m.).
In addition to the spectacle, the final tournament of the Supercup will also have an important competitive significance, since the three best teams from Kotor will qualify for the World Championship in Singapore.
