Kraljeva winery in Topola is entering a new phase of renovation. In the first phase, roofs were restored, architectural and construction work was done and energy and hydro installations were repaired, and now a tender has been announced for the reconstruction of the King’s basement, preparatory work on the exterior of the complex and final stone-cutting work on the exterior of the complex.

The total estimated value of the works amounts to over 43 million dinarswhich corresponds to approximately 370,000 euros without VAT. The tender is divided into two lots, each of which includes specific parts of the reconstruction of this complex, according to the eKapija portal.
The first part of the tender envisages works on the reconstruction of building 1, known as The king’s cellar. In addition, preparatory work on the exterior decoration of the complex is planned.

The second part of the tender includes the processing and laying of stone, both on the interior and on the exterior of building 1. According to the documentation, it is planned to lay stone in front of the main entrance, on the ground floor of the building, as well as on the central courtyard plateau.
Project financing
The portal eKapija writes that the reconstruction project is financed from the funds of the European Union through the program KREST – Cultural revival for richer tourism in Ĺ umadija. This program is part of the EU Pro Plus initiative, which focuses on local development and improvement of the tourist offer.
The reconstruction project was created by the Architectural and Construction Institute from Novi Sad, while the deadline for the completion of all works is 150 days.

The contractual obligation of the contractor includes a guarantee for the quality of the works performed, which must not be shorter than two years after completion and handover of the facility.

Application deadline
According to the published tender, interested bidders can submit applications at the latest until January 27 at 2 p.m., when the bids will be officially opened.
