Kristina went to one of the stores of a well-known discount chain in Rožňava. She put a croissant with ham in her basket and was looking forward to enjoying it.
When she broke the pastry in half, her stomach immediately rose.
She decided to inform about the disgusting incident on Facebook.
A nasty surprise
There were live worms crawling in the pastry, which was supposed to be fresh! She uploaded photos and a video on the social network that document the disgusting surprise in the croissant.
“When I saw this, I almost passed out. And I bought it yesterday, I’m buying it in pieces,” wrote Kristina.
“This is already extreme. Disgusting! How can they sell it? Children eat it, and that fresh bread straight from the oven. We see… They probably think it’s from the trash. I will never go shopping there in my life,” added.
