Before KUBIS, Andrei Nica he was part of the Leo Burnett team first as Group Creative Director and then as Deputy Creative Director, in which position he coordinated the Samsung, Pepsi, Bringo, Fashion Days and Spotify accounts. Andrei started his career at Momentum and Saatchi & Saatchi, then at Graffiti BBDO, where he held the positions of Copywriter and Group Creative Director on accounts such as Ursus, Dacia, Rompetrol, P&G, Toyota or Chio Chips.

Bianca Naumovici started early in the industry and has worked for both network and independent and PR agencies.

In her most recent role, she led a digital content production division for local and regional accounts, developing unconventional production solutions.
Experiencing several valences of the creative environment, whether advertising, publishing or fashion, gave him a unique perspective in approaching projects, especially by finding suitable creative solutions in the successful implementation of campaigns.
