Ladies’ nightmare: cellulite –

According to experience, drastic weight loss diets, which the majority of ladies sometimes follow, do not help the fight against cellulite at all. Sudden weight loss loosens the tissues under the skin even more. Cellulite is not just a problem for overweight people. The majority of athletes do not have cellulite because their trained muscles protect the connective tissue.

In the initial stage, cellulite can only be detected when the skin on the mentioned body areas is pinched with our fingers. Even then can be treated simply and effectively with relatively little energy, regularly performed, well-chosen exercises, massage, and proper nutrition. In a more severe form, it is considered a disease because it can also lead to blood circulation disorders.

The basis for the formation of cellulite is definitely genes and hormones. Women’s task is to bear children, and after puberty, the pads that are deposited around the hips, abdomen and thighs are actually designed to protect the fetus. Lack of exercise, a sedentary lifestyle, eating foods that burden the body, and excess weight only add to this genetically existing hormonal foundation.

For those with loose connective tissue and poor blood circulation, it is very difficult to prevent gelatinous, fatty deposits. The lattice fiber structure of men’s connective tissue better prevents protrusions, they are less threatened by this aesthetic problem, which actually only destroys self-confidence. However, as a result of hormones, they can also develop such deposits.

Since several factors play a role in the development of cellulite, only a multi-faceted attack can lead to results in its treatment. You have to work continuously and determinedly for success. In order to maintain the result, it is necessary to ensure the ideal functioning of the blood and lymph circulation, because only an adequate metabolism can prevent the accumulation of fluid and toxins in the connective tissue.

The most important area of the multi-pronged attack is nutrition. Fresh vegetables and fruits, foods rich in enzymes, potassium, fiber, and dietary fiber can be safely called anti-cellulite in the right amount. Snacking, manipulated foods that provide almost only calories, a lot of meat, fatty and salty foods, pasta made from white flour, baked goods, confectionery products, and alcohol, on the other hand, clearly help the growth of pads. The ideal body weight, which is essential to eliminate cellulite, can only be achieved gradually by changing eating habits.

Regular movement, i.e. intensive work on the affected body parts, cannot be avoided. Jogging, hiking, swimming, water gymnastics are particularly recommended forms of exercise. People who do sedentary work should do at least 15-20 minutes of special gymnastics exercises that affect the muscles of the thighs and buttocks.

With the help of the muscle training and deep-heating machines of the beauty salons and the fat-burning treatments, it is possible to shave a few centimeters from the volume of the thighs, hips, and abdomen locally. Although electrogymnastics does not lead to weight loss, it makes the muscles tight and flexible. However, these treatments to be carried out as a cure by themselves do not lead to lasting results and reminder treatments are always needed in the future.

Regenerating connective tissue wraps (horseradish, ivy oil), aroma oil, and blood-invigorating massage have noticeable results primarily for those who do not need weight correction. Algae, nettle, and paprika packs that increase blood flow can be used by anyone at home. Their effect can be enhanced by covering with foil.

Massaging the areas of the body with rubbing gloves, taking a sauna, alternating between hot and cold baths can also be home treatments that improve the skin’s structure.
