On the night from Sunday to Monday, another Emmy ceremony took place – one of the most prestigious awards in the television industry. Productions from Apple TV+ managed to win two more statuettes.
The first award went to Billy Crudup from the series “The Morning Show”. He won in the category of best supporting actor in a drama series. Interestingly, this is the second Emmy award he has received for this role. He previously won in 2020.
The second statuette was awarded to Will Smith for his screenplay for the spy series “Lame Horses”, based on the books by Mick Herron.
Apple TV+ productions also won seven Creative Arts Emmy Awards earlier this year, recognizing achievements in the artistic and technical fields. Apple also won the award for best commercial for its “Fuzzy Feeling” spot.
