Environmental solutions provider Lamor says that he has completed the reform of the management team.
According to the company’s press release, as the latest addition, Lamor has decided to strengthen its management team with two new members.
Jesus Pelayo will be appointed as the director of the South and North American market area from January 1, 2025 and Richard Hill as operational director from November 13.
Hill has been working at Lamor since 2021, among other things as a service manager in a three-year project with the Saudi Arabian Environmental Control Center (NCEC), which was completed at the end of September.
All operational and sales support functions of Lamor are combined under the operational manager. The purpose is to streamline the organization in order to more efficiently support profitable growth.
Pelayo has more than 20 years of experience in demanding sales management positions in Outotec and In Outokumpu. From 2021, he has been the manager responsible for key customers in the Mexico and Central America region At FLSmidth Inc.
According to the release, the current regional manager Santiago Gonzalez will retire as planned, but will remain at Lamor in an advisory role to ensure a seamless transition period.
