It was revealed that the AKP Civil Servant brothers founded their company, Samus Turizm Organizasyon AŞ, on November 20, 2024, seven days before the tender. Izmir Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Cemil Tugay took action for the area sold with the note “unplanned” after the plans changed due to the lawsuits filed in the past were cancelled.
