The Estonian people’s trust in the government and Riigikogu is at a low ebb, but of course there is no reason to be surprised because the politicians have done everything possible to reach such a situation. Even the parliamentary debate is sinking into shadow death, because, for example, according to the Minister of Finance, parliamentarians do not have the competence to understand the state budget, let alone hold a dialogue about it.
