It has already been stated a lot that the assassination attempt on US presidential candidate Donald Trump will change the course of history, more precisely, what reactions will follow what happened. It is understandable that this is a very serious crime, and there is no justification for politically motivated violence, but it must be stated that the Trump campaign team is quite likely to be able to turn what happened into a victory in the November elections, and the controversial former president will once again get the keys to the White House. What happened has a direct impact on Estonian politics as well, i.e. the new government should already think about how to get along well with the US led by Trump.
