In the Eastern High Court, a 33-year-old man sits on the dock on Thursday and listens to the prosecutor’s presentation of the case. The hooded man is charged with 12 charges, the most serious of which is that in April 2022 he exposed his then four-year-old daughter to rape in a sexual relationship other than intercourse.
