Leak: These are the prices for the anniversary PS5 consoles

A few days ago, we informed you that the Sony will launch an anniversary series of PS5 consoles and accessories to celebrate 30 years of PlayStation. Despite the fact that we have seen the products in detail, the company has failed to disclose their prices, which have, however, been leaked.

To talk a little more in detail, at September 26 Sony will release PS5, PS5 Pro, DualSense, DualSense Edge and PlayStation Portal, all designed around the look of the original PlayStation console. Although extensive details of each item have already been revealed, Sony has so far refrained from announcing their price. Now, just before the pre-order date, a new report gives us a better idea of what to expect.

According to Dealabs, the prices for the base PS5 console and accompanying DualSense controller have now been revealed. The PS5 Slim 30th Anniversary bundle is expected to cost $499.99. This represents about a $50 increase over the current price of the digital version of the PS5. As for the DualSense 30th Anniversary controller, it is expected to retail for $79.99. Although this controller will be very limited, Sony is not increasing its price and has it at the same price as most DualSense controllers. The biggest question about prices remains the PS5 Pro to be sold by Sony. Unlike other items in this collection, the PS5 Pro will only be available in a bundle that will include the console, the DualSense Edge controller, and a DualSense charging station. All of these accessories, if purchased separately, would cost over $900, but this package will also be very limited, with only 12,300 units being built in total. As a result, some PlayStation fans believe that this bundle could be for sale over $1,000.
