Lenovo will show off new accessories at CES, such as a solar keyboard

Lenovo is preparing interesting news for the CES fair. One of them is supposed to be a wireless Bluetooth keyboard that is supposed to have solar panels on its body. Supposedly, it does not need to be recharged. But the keyboard is not supposed to draw energy only from sunlight, but only ambient light is enough. This is typically a business keyboard design with a simple look and low profile keys. It will be available in two color variants, black and white, with green details. Three device switching buttons are also seen on the leak, suggesting the ability to connect up to 3 devices.

Another of the novelties is supposed to be a travel AI set. It should include a smart bracelet, similar to the Xiaomi Mi Band, wireless headphones and a pendant with a camera. According to the leaked photo, all these devices should have one identical charging box. A kind of gray box with a USB and RJ-45 port also appears in the leak. But what it will be intended for is not yet clear. I personally guess maybe some kind of portable router, or maybe some kind of portable network drive? I can’t think of anything better.

All these devices should provide AI services to users. Whether it will only be a voice assistant in the case of watches and headphones, or there is something deeper in it, is also not yet clear. I am very curious about that pendant with a camera, if it will be some kind of element for personal security, or maybe a camera for augmented reality? Who knows.

With its products this year, Lenovo will follow up on last year’s CES, where a wireless mechanical keyboard and mouse were also shown on solar energy. Another expected novelty is the ThinkBook Plus Gen 6 Rollable, a laptop with a rollable display that can expand from 14 to 16.7 inches to a vertically oriented display. The model will be equipped with an Intel Core Ultra 7 processor, 32 GB of RAM and an NPU chip for AI.
