Fans of singer Valery Leontyev, who flew to Russia from the United States in October, will not see him in the New Year’s “Song of the Year,” filming of which will start in early December.
The artist, who in November performed at the anniversary concert of his friend, composer Igor Krutoy, refused to sing in the New Year’s lights. Currently, 75-year-old Leontyev is scheduling private events. At the same time, he is ready to perform not only in Russia, but also in the UAE.
The singer’s average fee at the beginning of December will be 4-5 million rubles, and on holidays the amount can rise to 10 million rubles, reports “KP” On New Year’s Eve, Leontyev will appear at the concert and gastronomic venue at The Theater Dubai in Dubai.
Back in the fall and winter of 2021, Leontyev was on the jury of the TV show “The Voice. 60+,” sang on “Song of the Year” and took part in New Year’s television filming, and from the beginning of 2022 he unexpectedly disappeared from the sight of fans. It later turned out that he flew to his wife in the USA.
