Leroy Merlin, the DIY and home improvement brand headed by Agathe Monpays, announces the formation of its management committee.
Agathe Monpays, CEO of Leroy Merlin France, completes the composition of the company’s management committee. She thus appoints Dimitri Lecocq, Venceslas Boutan and Eloy Del Moral to her side. This committee’s mission is to fulfill Leroy Merlin’s strategic objectives, namely to gain market share by relying on the company’s strengths. It claims a solid anchoring on the local retail model which claims put people and CSR at the heart of its model.
Three strategic profiles, loyal to the company, on the management committee
Dimitri Lecocq first joined Leroy Merlin France in 2006. He then held management control positions. In 2014, he joined Adeo, the parent company of Leroy Merlin, as Director of Omnichannel Transformation. In 2017, he was appointed Non-Executive Chairman of Leroy Merlin China and joined Leroy Merlin France where he took charge of customer services. In 2019, he became Deputy Managing Director tasked with the Évidence Habitat challenge, which focuses on markets, customer strategy, marketing, e-commerce, the marketplace, relationships, services and the supply chain. In 2021, he was promoted to Deputy Managing Director, strategies, relationships and omnicommerce.
For his part, Eloy Del Moral joined the Leroy Merlin Spain teams in 2007 as a carpentry product manager. In 2012, he took on the role of store manager in Alcorcon (Madrid). Five years later, in 2017, he was appointed Human Resources Director of Leroy Merlin. He will join Leroy Merlin France on September 1, 2024, where he will become Deputy Managing Director. in charge of human resources and management of the store network.
Finally, Venceslas Boutan joined Leroy Merlin France in February 2019 as supply chain performance leader, then management control director and financial director. In May 2024, he became Deputy Managing Director in charge of the industrialization issue and sustainable performance which covers the areas of performance and finance, legal and compliance, development, supply chain and digital.
