WhatsApp has released a ‘short’ advertising film starring F1 driver Lewis Hamilton.
This stems from a long-standing collaboration between the Mercedes-AMG Petronas racing team.
In the film that went live last weekend, the Briton looks back on his youth, its setbacks and challenges, together with a growing group of teenagers. The scenes are linked together with screenshots of messages from loved ones who pulled him through.
Mercedes’ WhatsApp channel has 6.5 million followers, who find exclusive material there.
