Thanks to the modular design, the case can also be configured for a single assembly, so that it can fit, for example, four 360 mm coolers instead of two.
Lian Li presented the new DK-07 game table at the Lian Li Digital Expo virtual fair held last February. However, it is not the so-called from a traditional gaming table, but the company’s DK-0x series tables also integrate the computer itself – or even two.
Lian Li DK-07 is a motorized partly modular game table, the center of the aluminum cover is decorated with a large window made of 6 mm tempered glass. The table’s strategic dimensions are 1480 x 805 x 676-1162 mm, and its motors and legs can carry another 100 kilograms of computer components and other stuff on top of the table’s own weight.
Under the window, you can fit up to two assemblies with E-ATX motherboards side by side inside the table, or if you wish, one assembly centrally. Although the use of two configurations eats up two of the six 2.5″ drive slots, ten 3.5″ drives can fit in the case regardless of the configuration. The interior of the table is equipped with enough space to manage the cables of both configurations, and it has built-in clips that facilitate the neat routing of the cables, as well as a large cable channel hidden behind the case. There is a maximum height of 180 mm for the processor cooler and a maximum length of 383 mm for the GPU. The power supply slots support a maximum of 220 mm long ATX power supplies.
There is also room for cooling, the so-called enough, and even with two configurations you can fit a maximum of two 360 mm coolers inside, while with one configuration there is additional space for two more 360 mm coolers on the sides of the configuration. There are also enough fan slots: with two configurations, either four 140 or six 120 mm fans fit in the front, two 120 mm fans on the sides and a total of two 120 mm fans in the back. In the configuration of one assembly, one of the rear fan slots drops out, but instead there are a total of six 120 mm slots on each side of the assembly.
In terms of connections, the desktop case offers each configuration its own power and reset buttons, two USB-C 3.2 connections and two USB-A 3.0 connections, as well as 3.5 mm combo connections. The USB-C connections share a total of 20 Gbps of bandwidth, and the USB-A connections offer 5 Gbps per connector. In addition, there is a wireless charging station on the right side of the table, which pops up when pressed to reveal the USB-C and USB-A connections for wired charging. On the left side, the corresponding point is the table control panel, which indicates the height in centimeters with an accuracy of one decimal place, as well as capacitive buttons for adjusting the table height and hotkeys for three stored heights. Pull-out 260 x 105 x 50 mm drawers on each side are also integrated into the case.
The Lian Li DK-07 will go on sale in the US immediately for an MSRP of $1399.99 without tax. European schedules or prices have not been announced, but at least the previous generations have found their way to the Finnish market as well. LG’s transparent OLED panel seen at the trade fair is not found in the lineup, but the company is said to be thinking about releasing it as a separately purchased add-on. Having made a video presentation from the table GGF Events YouTube-kanavan according to if the company decides to put the display module on sale, its price alone would be up to 4500 dollars.
