While Acet, Erdoğan and Beldek family members were harvesting grapes in their garden in the Kaymakamçeşme village of the city center, the downpour hit.
Selim, Ramazan, Ebubekir Acet, Lale, Leyla, Azize Erdoğan and Emin and Selahattin Beldek were injured when lightning struck the tree where they took shelter from the downpour.
A PERSON IS IN A SERIOUS CONDITION
Upon notification, 112 Emergency Health and gendarmerie teams were dispatched to the region.
The injured were taken by ambulance to Şırnak State Hospital by health workers. Lale and Leyla Erdoğan could not be saved.
It was learned that Ramazan Acet’s health condition was serious.
