Game Deceive Inc. from Sweet Bandits Studios, which Epic Games is currently offering for free, did just that, and it brought a nice breath of fresh air to the genre a year ago when it came out.
It is a slightly unconventional Battle Royal game, where a lot of computer-controlled characters move around the map environment and players are disguised as one of them. You take on the role of an agent who can disguise himself as any of the secondary characters walking around the city and you will carry out the mission in disguise. But this is a multiplayer game and there are more agents. And each is controlled by a different player.

Blend in with the crowd
Each of the agents has the task of getting into three guarded areas and activating the main safe in them. You have to try to blend in with the crowd, because if you act suspiciously and another player sees it, they will send you to the other world without mercy. And of course it works the other way around too. In addition to the traditional action, you will also have to show some sensitivity and variability.
You will need to collect chips to access secret areas, you can equip your character with various auxiliary items, you will enjoy stealth and the game offers quite complex mechanics. Its originality was liked by both players and reviewers, who evaluate it very positively, and on the Metacritics aggregator it has a very decent rating – 75 points from reviews and 6.7 points from players.
An original approach is appreciated
Players positively evaluate the original approach that sets the game apart from the crowd of other Battle Royal shooters, as well as the fact that it is simply fun and unique in its own way.
