Literary critic Oleg Lekmanov recognized as a foreign agent

The list again includes a Telegram channel.

Ministry of Justice of Russia input to the register of foreign agents of literary critic, former professor of the Faculty of Journalism of Moscow State University and the National Research University Higher School of Economics Oleg Lekmanov. Also on the list this Friday, October 25, were the ASTRA Telegram channel, politician Nikolai Kavkazsky, activist Artem Medvedev and blogger Anton Hardin.

All foreign agents included in the register live outside the Russian Federation. According to the Ministry of Justice, everyone on the list, including the authors of ASTRA, “disseminated false information about the electoral system of the Russian Federation, as well as about the decisions made by public authorities of the Russian Federation and the policies pursued by them.”

In addition, Medvedev, Kavkazsky, Hardin and Lekmanov either quoted materials or took part in the creation of materials from media outlets and organizations that are already foreign agents.
