If you regularly need to charge your car during a long trip, you can now plan this more easily via Google Maps.
If you plan a route including various charging points via the Google Maps app on your smartphone, you can now send the entire route to your car with built-in Google Maps.
Google will also recommend charging points during planning. The app takes the correct connection into account. If you are not sure which connection your car has, you can also enter the model and Google Maps will automatically recommend suitable charging points.
The adjustment is part of a series of additions intended to get through the upcoming holidays. For example, you can search in which stores a specific gift can be found, you can report a snowy road and Gemini recommends locations for fun activities.
