Lotus: here are the financial results for the third quarter of 2024

Lotus communicated i financial results relating to the third quarter and the first nine months of the year. The numbers are positive and growing strongly. Over 7,600 vehicles of the English brand were delivered in the first nine months of 2024, an increase of 136%, compared to the same period in 2023. Total revenues reached $653 million. In this context, we note the start of deliveries of the model Emirin the third quarter of 2024, in South Africa and India, while theElectre it made its landing in Japan, South Korea and the Philippines. Soon, deliveries of the Eletre Carbon will begin in the United States of America, a high-performance variant tailored for that target area. Here too, good commercial and image results are expected. To keep pace, Lotus continues to focus on technological innovation.

Returning to the brand’s financial results, relating to first nine months of 2024, the total revenues are worth mentioning, having grown to 653 million dollars, with an increase of 105% on the previous reading. The gross margin from January to the end of September it was 9%, compared to the 11% achieved in the same period of 2023. The same parameter, referring to sales of goods, stood at 7%, compared to the 10% signed in 2023 , mainly due to destock.
