“This week the highway code was approved which only serves one thing, the usual, to get people talking about Salvini,” began the duo comic.

At this point the comedians broadcast an excerpt of the press conference in which Salvini is seen talking about the new highway code. “Shiny yes or shiny no, I’ll take you back there patent and you won’t see her again for up to three years”, says the leader of the League in the video in question.

‘Losing love’ transformed into ‘Losing consensus’
At the opening of the episode of DiMartedì broadcast on 26 November, Luca and Paolo also prodded Salvini for the not at all rosy results obtained at the last regional elections.
In particular, the two comedians created a parody of ‘Losing Love‘ by Massimo Ranieri, transformed into the song ‘Perdere Consensi’: “And now what do I do? The base disowns me, not even the Northern League members go to vote for the League anymore. Losing support at every vote, there’s even Zaia who called me a dick, all these years have been in vain, losing support and having less than Tajani!”.
