The president of the Forta Dreptei party, Ludovic Orban, claims that misinformation is being circulated about him, recalling that he recently withdrew from the presidential race.
“I make a clarification because, unfortunately, in the last week, a massive amount of disinformation was launched. All those who want to vote for me can vote for me, but on December 1, voting for Forţa Dreptei, Forţa Dreptei did not withdraw from the electoral competition, we are running in the parliamentary elections – and I expect all those who believe in us, believe in the values of the right to vote on December 1. Also, another diversion that was launched, and I must say that inclusive the presidents of the polling stations said this nonsense, that my votes are transferred to the candidate I proposed. It’s a lie. Don’t vote for me, vote for the candidate I asked you to vote for.” declared Orban at the polling station.
He urged Romanians to vote.
“If you vote for me, the votes go to me and we do not reach our goal for which we made this sacrifice, for which we took this difficult decision. Come to vote, it is fundamental to come to vote!”, Orban said.
