The storage equipped with 3D TLC NAND flash chips is equipped with an InnoGrit IG5666 controller with a DRAM cache, which enables speeds of up to 10/8.5 GB/s in sequential reading/writing. The cooling of the chips of the type that comes with a 5-year warranty is provided by a graphene sheet, and in addition to 4K LDPC error correction, it supports Wear Leveling technology, the TRIM command, and SMART monitoring.
