Sage against sweating
For internal use, sage is antidiaphoreticthat is to say, it helps to combat excessive sweating. Consuming sage herbal teas will allow you to regulate your sweating.
- To do this, take a teaspoon of Sage leaves that you will find in pharmacies or in herbalismand bring 200 ml of water to the boil.
- Then pour the boiling water over the dried sage.
- Let steep for 10 minutes.
- Consume two or three cups a day.
Be careful though:
Do not consume sage long-term without your doctor’s advice. Herbal medicine requires some cautionary advice.
For external use, sage is antiseptic et antiphlogistic (acts against inflammation). So prepare an infusion of sage that you will then pour into a vaporizer.
