German Manhart Performance is preparing a complete package of modifications for the new BMW M5 (limousine and station wagon), which it announces with several official renders.
Part of the package will be a carbon fiber aero body kit (hood, front spoiler, set of sills, rear diffuser, spoiler on the trunk…), a set of new alloy wheels, a sports exhaust system made of stainless steel, modified suspension, brake calipers in the color according to the client’s wishes, graphics in bi-gold, Manhart markings, as well as an interior with leather, carbon fiber and new floor mats.
Also, Manhart announces more power, so the plug-in hybrid drive will have around 800 HP.
As a reminder, the factory car has a combined power of 535 kW/727 hp and 1000 Nm of torque (combination of the 4.4-liter V8 twin-turbo gasoline engine and electric motor).
From 0 to 100 km/h the factory M5 sedan arrives in 3.5 seconds, in 10.9 seconds it reaches 200 km/h and can reach 250 km/h. With the M Driver’s Package, the top speed is 305 km/h.
The new M5 Touring accelerates to 100 km/h in 3.6 seconds, and in 11.1 seconds it reaches 200 km/h and can reach 250 km/h. And here, with the M Driver’s Package, the top speed is 305 km/h.
