In Antalya’s Alanya district, police teams inspected a chain market branch.
During the checks, it was determined that there were products such as expired and spoiled bread derivatives, baby food, walnuts, Cyprus dessert, breadsticks, chips and pasta sauce in the workplace.
The chain market branch, against which legal action was initiated and commercial activities were stopped for 3 days, was sealed by the teams.
Alanya Mayor Osman Tarık Özçelik stated that they continue their inspections with the police teams in all food businesses in the district and said, “In this context, an administrative fine was imposed on a business for endangering public health and the sealing process was carried out. Our inspections will continue increasingly and we will continue to protect and safeguard the rights of our citizens as Alanya Municipality.” “We expect all businesses in Alanya to show the necessary sensitivity to this issue.” he said.
