Yesterday, Marvel Studios released the first trailer for Thunderbolts*, which premieres in spring 2025. It has now been confirmed when you can watch the superhero adventure in Finland.
Disney has confirmed the Finnish premiere of Thunderbolts* on Wednesday, April 30. The film is therefore traditionally released in our country before the United States, where the premiere is only on Friday, May 2.
The official presentation of Thunderbolts* is clearly tongue-in-cheek in the spirit of Deadpool, even though the trailer doesn’t portray Thunderbolts* as a comedy.
“Marvel Studios, together with indie veterans who sold their principles, present Thunderbolts*, in which depressed assassin Yelena Belova (Florence Pugh) teams up with the MCU’s least desirable outcasts. The film brings back to the big screen the characters of the Marvel Cinematic Universe: Bucky Barnes (Sebastian Stan), Red Guardian (David Harbour), John Walker (Wyatt Russell), Taskmaster (Olga Kurylenko), Ghost (Hannah John-Kamen) and Valentina Allegra de Fontaine (Julia Louis-Dreyfus), in addition to which there are exciting new acquaintances. Thunderbolts* is directed by Jake Schreier and produced by Kevin Feige, Louis D’Esposito, Brian Chapek, Jason Tamez and Scarlett Johansson.”
Before Thunderbolts*, the new Captain America movie Brave New World comes out from Marvel Studios. Its premiere will be in Finland next February.
