Math didn’t work for an American boy, so he called the sheriffs

The center of the Shawano County Sheriff’s Office in Wisconsin was recently called for an unusual reason: a ten-year-old boy on the other end of the 911 line asked for help because he couldn’t solve his math lesson, the 24.hu the office on its social media page.

The little boy argued with the attendant that neither he nor anyone else in his family is very good at math, which is why he needs help. The boy’s call was redirected to another colleague, who would have been happy to help him, but when the boy read the assignment and it turned out that there were decimal fractions in it, he didn’t get along with it either.

Fortunately, the dispatchers did not give up. It turned out that a sheriff’s deputy lived in the boy’s area, and he agreed to come out and help. Chase Mason even looked at the little boy, and together they finally successfully solved the homework. The sheriff’s deputy later stated that he rushed to help the child because he also has a stepson of the same age, so he felt his situation.
