Mazda Indonesia Builds Training Center in PIK 2 Area

DAPURPACUID – PT Eurokars Motor Indonesia (EMI) has just held a groundbreaking ceremony for the Mazda Indonesia Training Center in the PIK 2 area, North Jakarta, last October 22.

With a total investment of IDR 70 billion and targeted for completion in August 2025, this training center project stands on an area of ​​1,470 m2, with a total of five floors planned.

Later, this location will be designed to provide integrated services for Mazda customers, including the National Training Center, Showroom and various other supporting facilities.

PT EMI Chief Operating Officer, Ricky Thio said, Mazda Indonesia is committed to providing the best sales experience and after-sales service for customers.

“With the presence of the Mazda Indonesia Training Center, we hope to improve technical competence and service which will have an increasingly positive impact on Mazda customer satisfaction in Indonesia,” he explained.

The Mazda Indonesia Training Center at PIK 2 is scheduled to become Mazda’s national training center which aims to improve technical, marketing and product understanding for Mazda workers throughout Indonesia, from technicians to sales consultants.

Fasilitas itu mencakup Training Center, Showroom, Sales Counter, Dealing Room, Delivery Room, Customer Lounge, Kids Corner, Serving Counter, Service Reception, serta Workshop.

On the other hand, the Mazda Indonesia Training Center construction ceremony is also expected to contribute to improving service standards for the automotive industry in Indonesia.

Ricky believes that this training center will not only strengthen Mazda’s position as a brand in Indonesia, it will also play a role in the growth of the automotive industry by developing superior talent.
