Digital advertising and technology company MediaDonuts announced today that it is joining Aleph Group.

Aleph Group is acquiring MediaDonuts, the digital advertising partnership business unit of Entravision Communications Corporations, and MediaDonuts will change its official English brand name to MediaDonuts by Aleph.

Aleph Group (hereinafter referred to as Aleph) is a company that connects various advertisers and consumers through a global digital advertising platform. It currently operates in over 140 countries and has a global infrastructure that connects 60 major digital advertising platforms with over 26,000 advertisers and 3 billion consumers.

Through this acquisition, Aleph plans to expand its influence in 11 major markets in the Asia Pacific (APAC) region and strengthen its position as an advertising business on major digital media platforms. In addition, it will secure new strategic partnerships with media platforms such as TikTok, X (formerly Twitter), Spotify, Criteo, and Snapchat, and strengthen its advertising services in major countries in the Asia Pacific (APAC) region through MediaDonut’s deep understanding of the digital environment in the APAC region, localized personnel and services, close relationships with media outlets, and data-driven technology platform.
