Men make a mistake when they hire their mistresses to be closer to them

Bioenergotherapist Lidia Fecioru spoke during the show Hidden truthsabout the mix between professional and personal life.

She points out the difficulties that arise when husband and wife work together in a company, stressing the idea that such a relationship can lead to “saturation”.

An important point he makes is the risk of revealing company secrets when husband and wife work together, especially in sensitive areas like the pharmaceutical industry. “Companies that deal with medicines do not accept husband and wife working together, so as not to risk the secrets of the company being found out”, emphasizes Lidia, suggesting that it is better for personal and professional life to remain separate.

Lidia Fecioru also warns of the dangers of love relationships in the workplace, especially regarding infidelity and emotional manipulation. “Workplace affairs involve infidelity with a previous partner. (…) Don’t mix love with service under any circumstances,” she says, warning of possible conflicts, gossip and even harassment that can arise from such relationships. She also adds that men often make the mistake of hiring their mistresses to get them closer, which creates a complicated situation for everyone involved.

Another important point is the impact these relationships have on professional performance and productivity, but also the risks of reaching depression, blackmail or even changing jobs. “It can lead to pretty bad things, including depression and changing jobs because you can no longer go to a place where your ex-partner or ex-lover is,” Lidia explains.

Finally, Lidia Fecioru suggests that although in large work environments, where there are many employees, long-lasting relationships can be reached, they do not usually end in marriage. “In big corporations, people have longer-term relationships but don’t get married,” she concludes, noting that the saturation and complexity of work relationships can prevent lasting bonds.
