MILKA FORCAN OPEN ABOUT EVERYTHING: How the former management ‘tripped’ them and the stories about Partizan’s bankruptcy! – Domestic football

They took over the club in an extremely difficult moment!

Milka Forcan, a successful Serbian businesswoman, is part of a working group that aims to improve the situation in FK Partizan.

As someone who has led leading companies in the region for many years, Milka Forcan quite logically, she was assigned to deal with the financial situation in the club.

As she herself says, the former administration is not that it won’t help them, but is trying to discourage them.

“We did not have discussions with the previous administration. I think that there is some important clarification… It is not realistic to expect. But we also receive information almost every day to give explanations to people on how to oppose the new management of Partizan. How not to compromise when terminating working relationships by agreement. Unfortunately, we only get information to make our otherwise difficult job more difficult” – she said Milka Forcan during his guest appearance on TV Prva.

RECONSTRUCTION OF WORKPLACES

“It is the most complex part of the job. I didn’t even know that job would be waiting for us. However, we have to deal with it. In the initial phase, we asked everyone to submit work reports, to see who has what tasks. There are people who claim to be employed, do not come, are not present. It’s a very complex situation. We went in depth to see who is doing what, we also eliminated some jobs through systematization. There are high incomes, but they are mostly in the sports sector. Those contracts are international and are protected by UEFA, they are almost impossible to break. In this second segment, we looked at who is doing what kind of work and how necessary it is for Partizan, and how certain places were created without the right task.” she said Milka.

BANKRUPTCY?

“No one is thinking about bankruptcy, but how to present all the problems. The first challenge is UEFA monitoring and everything we need to do for that. In parallel, we are working on all other tracks. And trying to bring sponsors and reduce costs. Bankruptcy is no longer an option, I think.” – she concluded Milka Forcan.
