Mini pies with cheese and sausages, you will enjoy every bite (VIDEO)

Pies are loved by everyone from 7 to 77 years old – you can never go wrong with them.

For today’s breakfast or dinner, we suggest mini pies filled with poor sausages. The taste is top ten!

Ingredients:

1 teaspoon of dry yeast
300 ml of warm water
450 g of flour
1 teaspoon of salt
200 g of prince
For the filling:

400 g of cheddar cheese
7-8 sausages
For coating:
egg yolks

Preparation:

Add yeast to the bowl and cover with warm water. Gradually add the flour and mix. Add salt, then knead the dough. Sprinkle some flour on the work surface. Remove the dough and knead for about 10 minutes. At the end of the mixing, shape it into a circle and leave it covered with transparent film to rest for 20 minutes. When the dough rises, divide it into 4 equal parts, then shape into balls. Arrange them on a large plate on which you have sprinkled very little flour, cover and let it rest for another 15 minutes. After that, sprinkle more flour on the work surface and stretch the dough a little by hand, and then with a rolling pin into a large and thin circle.

Brush it with softened butter, fold the edges over each other, then brush again with butter. Fold the edges into a cube shape. Apply the same procedure to the second ball of dough, then cover them and leave them in the freezer for 25 minutes, as well as the other parts of the dough. After you take them out of the freezer, sprinkle a little flour and roll out each part of the dough with a rolling pin to be approximately 0.5 cm. Cut the stretched dough into symmetrical squares, and add a little shredded cheddar cheese to each. Chop the sausages and add them to the filling.

Close like a packet, then arrange in a tray covered with baking paper. Coat them with egg yolk, then bake at 190°C for 30-35 minutes.
