Minister of Justice says the reappointment of the PJ’s national director was a “right and confident decision” – Politics

The Minister of Justice, Rita Alarcão Júdice, said this Thursday that the reappointment of Luís Neves as national director of the Judiciary Police (PJ) “was a correct and convinced decision”.

“The reappointment of the national director of the PJ was a correct and convinced decision, which took into account the interest of the institution and the criminal investigation for the country’s Justice”, says the Minister of Justice, in a statement sent to the Lusa agency.

In the same statement, the governor wishes Luís Neves “the greatest successes and, above all, continued development of the competence and prestige of a police force as important to everyone as the Judiciary Police”.
