Minister Tekin was welcomed with flowers by primary school students during his visit to the school.
Tekin chatted with the students for a while and then visited the departments where bicycle repair, music, storytelling workshops and sports and chess training were held.
Minister Tekin listened to students’ violin, piano and guitar performances in the music workshop and listened to stories with children in the storytelling workshop.
Minister Tekin watched the taekwondo and chess competitions and chatted with the students.
Tekin asked the students questions about their education and took a souvenir photo with them.
Minister of National Education Tekin was accompanied during his visit by Istanbul Provincial Director of National Education Murat Mücahit Yentür, District Director of National Education Mustafa Koç and the principal of the primary school Cevat Ağırbaş.
