Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin launched traffic on sections of highways in the Irkutsk region and Perm region.
About this stated in the Russian government.
“Mikhail Mishustin thanked the builders of the highways, noting that the new roads help improve the lives of residents of the settlements through which they pass, and also open up new economic opportunities for the regions,” the message says.
It is noted that we are talking about opening a four-lane section of the R-255 Siberia highway, bypassing the city of Usolye-Sibirskoye and the village of Telma.
On the section of the R-258 Baikal highway, a metal barrier fence, noise barriers and electric lighting were installed, and an underground pedestrian crossing was built.
In addition, sections of the M-7 Volga highway have been expanded to four lanes.
Earlier, the Ministry of Transport of the Moscow Region said that in 2028 a new highway between Khimki and Dolgoprudny would be built in the region.
