MMKSI Inaugurates the Largest Mitsubishi Motors Training Center in Southeast Asia

DAPURPACUID – PT Mitsubishi Motors Krama Yudha Sales Indonesia (PT MMKSI) inaugurated the Mitsubishi Motors Training Center facility located in the MM2100 Industrial Area, Cibitung, Bekasi, West Java.

This place is also the largest Mitsubishi Motors training center in Indonesia and in the Southeast Asia region. The inauguration ceremony was attended by the board of directors and management of PT MMKSI, representatives of Mitsubishi Corporation and Mitsubishi Motors Corporation, the Regent of Bekasi and local officials, representatives from the ASEAN Regional Training Center and representatives dealers in the country, as well as national media.

The Mitsubishi Motors Training Center is located not far from the Cibitung Toll exit, standing on an area of ​​20,200 m2 and a building consisting of two floors with a total area of ​​8,895 m2, designed with a modern concept and starting operations on October 14 2024, and will become a training center Mitsubishi Motors’ main company in Indonesia.

in addition to eight other Mitsubishi Regional Training Center (MRTC) facilities which previously operated in eight cities in Indonesia, namely Medan, Palembang, Cikarang, Kebumen, Mojokerto, Makassar, Banjarbaru and Bandung. So far, MRTC has been a facilitator providing basic training for after sales area experts at all Mitsubishi Motors dealers in Indonesia, with an investment value of IDR 250 billion.

The Mitsubishi Motors Training Center has competent teaching staff with certification and global Mitsubishi Motors operational standards. Teaching here is carried out to support Intermediate and Advanced level training for trained experts. And all facilities and teaching staff will support all needs related to sales activities, vehicle servicing and supply of spare parts, as well as body & paint facilities.

Training capacity with a total output of more than 6,000 people or tripled from before, through 46 training class sessions for sales training for 2,600 people, and 351 after-sales service training class sessions divided into technical, non-technical and body classes. & paint, for 3,200 people.

MMKSI has also prepared curriculum and training materials for intermediate and advanced levels which will be implemented in the training at this location. The after-sales service curriculum used of course refers to the standard curriculum at the Mitsubishi Motors Global Training Center, in the form of MSA (Mitsubishi Service Advisor) Training, MSTEP (Mitsubishi Service Technician Education Program), M-BaP (Mitsubishi Body and Paint) Training and other special training , and the curriculum for sales services prepared is salesmanship training for Salesforce level up to Branch Manager, TIFOTI (Training For Trainers) and customer satisfaction training.
