A huge party in Madrid for Spain

More than half a million people, according to the authorities, celebrated the victory of the European Championship with De La Fuente’s national team in the streets of Madrid. La Roja concluded its day of celebration with a show of music and color in Plaza de Cibeles, where Morata acted as master of ceremonies and held the stage throughout the evening until the performances of Aitana, Almacor and Isabel Aaiún.

Spain had won the Nations League a few months ago but they had not gone to the streets to celebrate: the Spanish people had not celebrated like this since 2012 and the wait gave life to a river full of joy in the streets of the capital.
