More and more vehicles have entered the used car market, which have had one owner for a long time, but which have been sitting recently and therefore with low mileage, said Margus Pipar, editor of Autolehe.
Pipar, who monitors used car ads on a daily basis, explained that such cars are often kept in garages. “Often the owner says that there are too many hobby cars. He can pay car tax on some, but he doesn’t need all of them,” added the car expert.
Since the car tax will come into force in the new year, Pipar predicts that as the end of the year approaches, more similar offers will appear on the market. “Dare to stipulate!” suggested by the editor of Autoleh.
