A few days ago, SEGA discreetly announced on its official website the withdrawal of around sixty cult games from its catalog on PC, PlayStation, Xbox and Switch. Of course, the publisher kept a little communication on the support part of its website. More precisely, 62 games will disappear on December 6, 2024.
62 SEGA games removed from platforms
It’s now official, from December 6, 2024, SEGA will remove, in total, a list of 62 games on the different online platforms on PlayStation, Xbox, Switch and PC. The games affected are as follows:

The main platforms affected are Steam and the Xbox Storesince the majority of titles are classic games from the catalog of the company. Alas, SEGA does not give no further details regarding this decision. The Japanese publisher only specifies that it will be possible to purchase all of the games until December 6 and that they will still be accessible when they are in your library. However, after this date, it will no longer be possible to find them on the various online stores.
