More than 70% of Russians struggle with laziness at work – Teller Report Teller Report in Russian

According to the survey, 72% of Russians are lazy at work, of which 11% do it often, and 61% said that this happens, but rarely.

Only 28% of respondents said that they are never lazy at work.

The survey results showed that Russians prefer to use various methods to increase productivity.

Thus, 66% of study participants noted that they allow themselves a little rest or take breaks to recuperate. 35% of respondents fight laziness with willpower.

Every third respondent (33%) drinks coffee. The same number (33%) switch to more interesting tasks. 28% break large projects into small ones and solve them step by step. 19% motivate themselves by thinking about results, such as salary, bonuses or bonuses.

Another 12% of participants use sweets as a way to cheer up. 10% switch to reading professional literature, watching courses, or turning on music. 10% communicate with energetic colleagues to increase motivation, 8% do exercises to regain their vigor.

In total, more than 3.5 thousand service users from all regions of Russia took part in the study.
